I half jogged / half walked it. My goal for this one is to jog the whole thing. 3.1 miles = 5k So I’m going to try out interval training, I found an easy pattern either on sparks.com or from runner’s world. I was tired when I looked it up so I’m not sure which. Basically its 3 mins low, 1 minute medium, 3 min low, 1 minute med, … repeat until you hit 27 minutes. Time to give it a try… now where did I put my running shoes?
