Exercise Log for July 21, 2009

It took me 30 minutes this morning to get moving and awake enough to get to the gym. Once there I did 2 miles on the treadmill with an avg of 16:20 per mile. I jogged 1/4 of the 2 miles. My goal is to eventual jog the whole 2 miles, but I am just starting and the whole not being able to breath and the racing heart rate is very annoying. Once I stop running my heart rate drops back to normal pretty fast so I know I’m just very very out of shape. I’m going to need to find a nice weight training program on the internet so I can work on my upper body strength and my hamstrings.

Stats for today (goal 200 lb and 38 in waist)
weight: 260lb
waist: 42 in

    Way to go! I cannot believe you had the guts to post your weight…clearly you are not a woman!

      Hehe, even if you don’t tell ppl your weight they can look at you and know you are or are not fat.
